Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Spirit Sight, Inc. ("Spirit Sight", "we") handles information collected on spiritsight.co and the related domains we operate (spirit-sight.com, sales.spiritsight.co, app.spirit-sight.com). It covers the marketing site and the forms on it. Customers of the Spirit Sight product are additionally covered by their subscription agreement.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a demo, use a calculator's email option, subscribe to the newsletter, message the on-site assistant, or call us, we collect what you provide: name, distillery or company, work email, phone, the message or figures you enter, and, for calls, a voicemail recording if you leave one.
• Analytics, with your consent. If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and our own first-party analytics to record page views, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, viewport size, scroll depth, and time on page, associated with a random first-party visitor id. If you decline, or if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not run analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
• Email interaction. Marketing email we send contains an open-tracking image and tracked links. If you arrive at this site from a tracked link, your visit may be associated with your email address so our team knows what you have already read.

How we use it

• To respond to demo and contact requests and to prepare for those conversations.
• To send the newsletter or product information you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored immediately.
• To understand which pages and topics are useful, so we improve the site.

Where it goes

Form submissions and analytics are processed on systems we operate. We use service providers to deliver email (Resend), handle calls and voicemail (Twilio), and provide analytics (Google). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and subscriber records while they are relevant to an active conversation or subscription. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link it contains, decline analytics via the cookie banner (or your browser's privacy signals), and ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@spirit-sight.com. We answer within 30 days.
